UniView provides AI-powered code documentation, analysis, and modernization services. Our platform helps organizations understand, document, and migrate legacy codebases through automated analysis and expert validation.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on UniView's content without our express written permission.
5.3 AI-Generated Content
Documentation, analysis, and other content generated by our AI systems based on Your Content ("AI-Generated Content") is provided to you under the same license terms as the Service. You may use AI-Generated Content in accordance with your subscription plan, but you acknowledge that similar content may be generated for other users analyzing similar code.
6. Payment and Subscription
6.1 Pricing
Pricing for our subscription plans is available on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period but will apply to renewals unless we notify you otherwise.
6.2 Billing
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your chosen plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account. If automatic billing fails, we will notify you, and you must provide updated payment information within 7 days to avoid service interruption.
6.3 Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.
6.4 Free Trials
We may offer free trial periods for new users. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. We reserve the right to modify or terminate free trial offers at any time.
7. Data Privacy and Security
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

UNIVIEW DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF AI-GENERATED CONTENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
- AI-generated documentation will be accurate or complete
- Defects will be corrected
- The Service is free from viruses or harmful components
You acknowledge that AI-generated content should be reviewed and validated by qualified professionals before use in production environments.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, UNIVIEW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, the above limitations may not apply to you.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UniView, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any rights of another party
- Your Content, including any infringement of intellectual property rights
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your account at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting our support team. Termination will be effective at the end of your current billing period.
11.2 Termination by UniView
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Fail to pay fees when due
- Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
- Pose a security risk to the Service or other users
11.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. We may delete Your Content from our systems after a 30-day grace period. You are responsible for exporting Your Content before termination.
12. Dispute Resolution
12.1 Informal Resolution
If you have a dispute with UniView, you agree to first contact us through our website to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will work with you in good faith to reach a resolution.
12.2 Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
13. General Provisions
13.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.
13.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and UniView regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements.
13.3 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
13.4 Waiver
No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
13.5 Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms without restriction.
13.6 Force Majeure
UniView shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, natural disasters, or failures of third-party services.
